SOME ISSUES OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

چکیده
This article analyzes norms aimed at protecting human rights set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The civil and personal enshrined Declaration, as well economic, social cultural rights, were discussed detail on basis Constitution Uzbekistan. In particular, right to life, liberty security person, prohibition torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment punishment, housing, freedom thought, speech religion analyzed. At same time, this examines ongoing reforms field existing problems protection rights. Appropriate proposals recommendations have been developed address problems. are being put forward regarding strengthening cooperation between government agencies society institutions ensuring parliamentary public control over implementation relevant laws, accountability for violations, expanding system training officials directly responsible setting up a them.
